Most of our items are in stock but please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. We ship USPS unless specifically asked to ship otherwise. Shipping costs may vary and will be determined at time of shipping. For Express Mail or Overnight shipping, please call 407-758-5743. All shipping prices quoted in shopping cart are shipped USPS.
Return Policy
Upon arrival of your merchandise, please check it thoroughly for any damages or defects that could have occurred during shipping. Merchandise received damaged is eligible for a full refund or a replacement, whichever is preferred by customer. Merchandise damaged after use can be mailed to Remarkable Differences at the customers expense. Sterling Silver components and chain can be fixed for a fee, along with gemstones can also be replaced if currently in stock. Please contact me prior to returning any merchandise to make arrangements at 407-758-5743. |
